To rent our low-speed vehicle golf carts you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license, provide a major credit card just in case of cart damage and or city citation, and provide active auto insurance just in case of an accident. There is a 2 day minimum rental for all locations. Drop-offs and pickups must always be at the same secure location. All transactions have a $2 per day Florida rental surcharge fee, gas charge, 4.5% credit card fee, and 7% sales tax fee subject to change. All rental sales are final rain or shine as we are an outdoors business. No exceptions. If you decide to cancel your reservation you will receive a 1-year store credit as a courtesy in most scenarios. Even if you do not complete the rental agreement you will not receive a refund. Rules, Safety, & Getting Around
- Abiding by all traffic laws including seat belts and child safety seats.
- Parking only in legally designated areas or spaces.
- No reckless driving.
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- No driving on beaches, sidewalks or bike paths.
- No drivers under the age of 21.
- Weight limit for 4 passenger carts is 800 pounds maximum.
- Weight limit for 6 passenger carts is 1,200 pounds maximum.
- Do not go on any road that has a speed limit over 35 mph.
- You are responsible for the cost and service fee for any flat tire.
- You are responsible for the cost and service fee for any broken keys.
- You are responsible for the cost and service fee for any dead battery.
- You are responsible for any cart damage.
- You are responsible for any city and or state citation.
- Stay within 5 miles from where the golf cart is dropped off from.
- All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions. All rental sales are final rain or shine.

Golf Cart Rental Notes
- Golf Cart delivery and/or Pick-up is available for a fee. Customer can pick the cart up also.
- All golf carts will be delivered to the customer clean and ready for immediate use.
- All Electric Cars will be fully charged upon delivery to the rental location.
- Please let us know if you need a street legal or non street legal golf cart.
- Golf Carts will be given back to St. Pete Luxury Golf Cart Rental in the same shape as delivered.
